Clinic Lab AI provides custom-built AI receptionist software for dental practices, dental specialty offices, and healthcare clinics. Services include AI phone system implementation, integration with practice management systems, demo calls, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Our services are intended for practice owners, office managers, and authorized decision-makers within the dental and healthcare industries. By submitting an application, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to engage on behalf of the practice you represent.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While we work hard to deliver excellent results, Clinic Lab AI does not guarantee any specific call capture rate, appointment booking volume, recovered revenue, ROI, or other business outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your practice's call volume, market, staffing, and execution.

4. Intellectual Property

The Clinic Lab AI name, logo, software, prompts, system configurations, training materials, and all related content are the property of Clinic Lab AI, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinic Lab AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the website or services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Active customer agreements are month-to-month unless otherwise stated in a signed services agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
